Frequently asked questions
How Can We Help?
Find answers about our products, delivery, installation, warranty and trade services.
What do I do if my appliance arrives damaged?
Inspect all appliances at the time of delivery before signing any delivery acceptance. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery documentation and contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as appropriate. Damage noted after delivery acceptance without prior notation may be more difficult to process as a delivery claim.
How do I make a warranty claim if the manufacturer requires direct contact?
Some manufacturers prefer to handle warranty claims directly with the customer. If this applies to your product, we will provide you with the relevant manufacturer warranty service contact details. We can assist with facilitating the claim if needed.
Is there a callout fee for warranty assessments?
For issues covered under manufacturer warranty or our installation workmanship warranty within the warranty period, there is no callout fee for the warranty assessment. If the issue is found to be outside warranty coverage, we will advise you of any applicable service fees before proceeding.
My appliance stopped working — what should I check first?
Check the power supply (circuit breaker, power point), confirm all settings are correct per the user manual, and check for any error codes displayed. If these checks don't resolve the issue, contact us and we'll help diagnose the problem.
